Indus Canada Foundation
Indus Canada (formerly Live For Humanity) Foundation is a Calgary-based non-profit and non-political organization dedicated to fostering economic independence and empowerment in Alberta. Our mission is to support fellow Albertans through advocacy, education, and community engagement. By addressing critical social issues such as drug addiction, domestic violence, and racism, we aim to promote a more inclusive society. Indus is committed to enhancing the quality of life for our community by providing resources, professional guidance, and support networks that enable people to thrive.
At Indus, we believe in the power of people helping people. Our programs focus on women’s empowerment, cultural appreciation, and assistance for newly arrived immigrants, helping them find their footing in the local job market.
